SAN MARCOS,TX, October 4, 2013 - Hays County Food Bank and Central Texas Medical Center Hospice Care were recent recipients of grants from Grande Communications, the San Marcos-based broadband communications company that offers internet, TV and phone services. The organizations each received the grants through Grande's employee philanthropy club, Grande Cares. Funded by employee donations in the San Marcos office, Grande Cares seeks to enhance the local community where Grande employees live, work and play.
