How do I move or transfer my Grande services to a new address?

You can update your services at any time by contacting a representative through our online chat or by calling 1-800-247-2633. If you are moving and would like to know if Grande offers service at your new home then check your new address for available services.

Does Grande charge to transfer services?

Yes, Grande charges a transfer fee of $25.00. You may also be charged if you need assistance installing equipment or if professional installation is required.

How will transferring services affect my bill?

When we transfer services the customer will receive a new account number and they will need to register for a new MyGrande portal login.

When can I have my service installed at my new home?

You can schedule a move up to 30 days prior to your move in date. If you’re eligibility for self-installation then services can be activated as soon as you move in.

How do I return my equipment?

You can return you Grande equipment by visiting a local office in year area. Before visiting, call to ensure your equipment can be received at that location. Or, you can ship the equipment using a prepaid FedEx shipping label and dropping it off at any FedEx location. It’s that simple!

Can I take my equipment with me?

You can take your equipment with you, but only if you stay in the same market
