Your Grande Username
Your Grande Username is required to login to different services like:
If you already have a "@mygrande.net" or a "@grandecom.net" email address you already have a Grande Username. Your username is the first part of your Grande email address. For example, if your email address is: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org then your username is username_xyz. And your password is your current Grande email password.
If you do not have a "@mygrande.net" or "@grandecom.net" email address please contact our Customer Care Center to create one.
Note: your Grande Username is not the same as your Online Billing username. For security reasons it is best to use different usernames and passwords.

Don't Know Your Email Address?
If you are already a Grande customer and you have our Internet service you should already have an email address assigned to you. If you cannot remember it or it has not been setup please call our Customer Care Center.
Changing Your Password
To change your current Password, please go to "Manage Email" under "Portal Controls" on the portal homepage. After login you will be able to change your Password. You can also Click Here https://admin.mygrande.net if you forgot your Password, please have your username or account number ready and call our Customer Care Center.
