Tell us when and where you’re moving, we’ll let you know if Astound Broadband is available at your new address.
Make sure sure you have the following information handy:
- Account number or phone number associated with your account
- Your new address, move out date, move in date
Moving outside of the Astound Broadband area?
If your new address is outside the Astound Broadband service area, you can cancel your services.
Make sure to let us know what day you are moving so your services will stop and you’ll know when your last bill is due.
When returning your equipment we will provide a prepaid shipping label, or you can return your equipment at one of our local payment centers.

How long does it take for services to be installed at my new home?
You can schedule a move up to 30 days prior to your move in date. If you’re eligible for self-installation then services can be activated as soon as you move in.
Can I install the equipment myself?
Yes, you can set up your Astound modem by following the steps in our self-installation guide. Other equipment will require a technician to visit your home to professionally install the equipment.
Can I use my own modem?
Yes, customers can bring their own modem in Astound Broadband service areas.
Can I transfer my services if I am an existing customer?
