I recently moved over to Woodway and was very new to hearing about Grande Communication and actually called other cable networks that I already knew of and I was so surprised to hear how much more friendly and helpful the customer service was. The prices were excellent as well. I am very pleased with my decision of choosing Grande Communication for my internet and cable needs. Thank you very much! March 15, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by We are very happy with our cable service. We love the variety. The Premier TV is something the whole family enjoys from our 3 year old son to our 79 year old dad (Grandad). Rated 2 out of 5 by I Won't Pay Extra For a DVR I really like the Video On Demand feature. However all the channels are not available on the VOD such as HUB, as well as the national network news each evening. Since the VOD service was available, I was not going to pay an extra $11.00 per month for a DVR. We only subscribed to Grande because DirecTV was not available where we live. We had DirecTV for years and were very happy with it. Our DVR was free since it was our receiver as well. Grande should look into this type of technology so they do not have to charge customers extra for a DVR. July 3, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by didnt know i didnt have a recorder I've actually never purchased cable. So this was my first time. the set up response time was awesome, service was awesome and everything was good. I just did not know I couldnt record shows, and I'm thinking thats TiVo? My remote has the button but It doesnt work. Therefore my product knowledge should have been broadened during my purchase. Other than that, it's great!!` November 1, 2012
