Rated 5 out of 5 by Very satisfied with the phone service We switched from another company because there was always a hiss in the line which made it difficult to hear, and we were having to use our cell phones for long distance. Now, with free long distance, I find I am calling family and friends and keeping in touch with those who live far away on a more regular basis. It is easy for my husband and I both to get on the phone, which we couldn't do when we used our cells, because even putting it on speaker distorted the sound somewhat and made it difficult for some of the elderly we call to understand. Rated 5 out of 5 by over all Am very pleased with all the help we have gotten the times we have called due to are phone not working or the internet not working the response on the help we got was done in matter of minutes an I was taken step by step on how to get things fixed again an never has there an time that if we did not understand that we were treated like we were dumb nor has there every been an disrespect from an of your staff. Also Lisa on 7th street were we go to pay are bill is always very nice to us an goes out of her way to work with us an understanding things an will always answer all are questions just all around happy to be with Grande an have had Direct Tv try to get us to change a few times which we won't thanks an a HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL OF GRANDE STAFF December 6, 2012
