As Always your staff is very helpful. We had to reduce our expenses and were still able to keep Grande, thanks to the wonderful young man that assisted us.

I'm not much on writing reviews but I must say that, with sadness, economic conditions forced me to discontinue both my phone service, in favor of a IP phone, and my cable TV service. I still have internet service with Grande and recommend them as a provider over any other company around because they have bent over backwards to be competitive and give me outstanding service over the past 10 years.
