Rated 5 out of 5 by Great service and value. I was with Time Warner for many years, but their service was lousy. I hesitated switching because, like many, I hated to relearn channels and try another company. Someone suggested I try Grande and, from the very fist time I called, I sensed a friendly and helpful attitude. I was happy with the plan I choose and what really sold me when I had a computer problem was the excellent response from your service and technical. department. I could actually understand what they were saying (simple and no foreign accent) and their knowledge of my problem and how they worked to fix it. Unless it changes or gets unaffordable, I am a customer for life. February 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good product and service. After some difficulty with installation of service all seems to working well now. The installation order indicated a time frame of 8AM to 8 PM. Thge team did not arrive until 8:30 PM and took about 1 hr. to complete install and setup of TV and Internet service. I took an entire day off work, at my expense waiting for installation. This was a great waste. I could have worked all day and still been home for insdtallation. The two LCD TVs I have connected direct without converters work ok. The signal breaks up some times and the audio is out of sync with the video. A bit irritating. The main tube TV with Grande converter works fine. Controls are easy to use and program.
