Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent value and TiV is fantastic Recently upgraded to the new Advantage package and have been delighted with the results. The increased internet speed is always welcome, however the biggest benefit is around the TV option. The TiVO interface is superb - pleasing to the eye and very easy to navigate around. Love the fact that TiVO proactively makes suggestions on other programs to watch based on your viewing history. The 2nd box to watch DVR'd programs on another TV is also great. All in all, excellent value for money and the upgrade process from initial call to tech install was impressive. November 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by great great remote very user friendly i love being able to report 4 movies at the same time the 2 service rep that installed the new sofeware were the best ever. they were very informative and polite. they made sure all the wires on the outside of the house were in order & none of the wires were hanging. before leaving they explained everything they felt i needed to know with the new remote October 7, 2012

And best of all - the service works perfectly My internet, phone AND cable all work. First time I've ever had that since I started buying cable! February 6, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by So Glad I Switched to Grande Flawless technical service and support. Did what they said they would do and did it ON TIME and well. Extremely nice and helpful tech's and staff. The only thing I wish was different was that they would get the Tennis Channel back. Love Tivo, it is easy to use for all kinds of things, watched Utube video's on my big TV with just a couple of clicks....nice. Have not figured out how to put my own photographs and video's on the TV yet but just knowing I can is great. Free movies are good too, but this package includes so much that it may be awhile before I try this one... October 4, 2012
