Rated 3 out of 5 by Product is OK I am very disappointed that the on-demand feature is not available in this area. I don't sit and watch tv, but like to watch what I want when I have a moment. I used on-demand a lot previously. The only time I have tried to watch the Robson channel, #21, it was not watchable, but was pixilating and jumping around madly. I am still trying to figure out the TiVo, and I am tired of having so many remotes! The internet speed is quite good so far, though. Much better than I had before. March 30, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall good system Everything works well and functional. I wish that there was either on-demand functions or the ability to use showtime, stars, and/or HBO applications on my tablet. Would also love to see a Grande app for my talent. November 19, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Grande review I will say the customer service is quite friendly and kind...which is better than I have experienced with the major satellite providers. The TIVO is really hard to figure out to be honest. I had several season pass' set up and the TIVO ended up not recording anything, which was disappointing to me. I have tried to adjust them and am hoping they will work correctly. I don't think all the channels work properly. The TMC channels had commericals on all weekend and not movies, which I think these channels are included in my package. The signal is also not very reliable at times. Channels will freeze, or will say that the signal cannot be found. Which is very disappointing considering it's cable. November 5, 2012
