What You Should Know

Converting analog channels to all-digital delivery is a common industry trend that will enable more HD channels, better picture quality, more reliable service, and higher internet speeds in the future.

You will still have these channels; they will just be delivered in an all-digital format. To continue to view them, a Grande-supplied set-top box, DVR, TiVo, or Cablecard will be needed on those TVs in your home that you want to view these channels. If you have Grande-supplied equipment connected to each TV in your home, you will be unaffected by this change and no action on your part is required.

To continue viewing these channels on your TVs that are currently connected directly to a cable outlet, you will need Grande-supplied equipment. Getting the equipment you need is simple and easy!
